As a young girl, I spent a lot of time sitting quietly in corporate meetings, watching and listening as big decisions were made.
Even then, I was absorbing everything — learning how businesses worked and imagining that one day I would run and own my own company.
Years later, I proudly earned my B.S. in International Business and began climbing the corporate ladder.
On paper, everything looked successful.
But inside, something felt off.
I was burnt out. I was constantly missing precious moments with my family. And the race for professional success started to feel less like an exciting challenge and more like a relentless treadmill I couldn’t step off.
I was doing everything “right.”
Working hard.
Delivering results.
I followed the path I thought would lead to success… But it started to feel like a treadmill I couldn’t step off.

The moments I used to miss are now the ones I prioritize most.
